Refund policy
At Earthshine Cove, every crystal, piece of artwork, and handmade item is carefully selected and packaged with care. Because crystals and natural stones are unique, slight variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, and patterns are normal and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Original artwork
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate refund.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders due to shipping costs and customs requirements.
If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges required by their country.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us with the information on the lost item.
